Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

TheOutEdit offers free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD.

For orders under $60 USD, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are subject to the carrier’s process.
